Volney Peters appeared in a couple of movies in the late 1940's and early

1950's (uncredited) as did many other ball players attending USC.  In 1949,

he appeared in the movie "Father Was a Fullback" starting Fred MacMurry

and Maureen O'Hara and in the 1951 classic "Saturday's Hero" along side such

greats as Hall of Famer, Tom Fears, Jack Finley & John Zilly, among others.
