About Me

I am the son of Tommy Kouzmanoff, who is now deceased. He was a sports writer for the Chicago American. Plus he officiated high school and college football; and, high school and college and professional basketball. In 2017 he was inducted into the Athletic Officials Association Football Division's Hall of Fame. He was also the first person inducted in the Illinois Basketball Coaches Hall of Fame for two different reasons: journalist and official.
